You know what felt really good this week? Not typing the words "New York Jets."

Anyway, onto the picks!

Week 10 Start/Flex/Bench

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans (Thursday 8:20 pm)

IND: Start the DST/K Rodrigo Blankenship, flex RB Jonathan Taylor given all the teams on bye, bench the rest. Some WR will do well but I do not feel good recommending any.
TEN: Start RB Derrick Henry/WR A.J. Brown/the DST, flex no one, bench QB Ryan Tannehill and the others; yes, even TE Jonnu Smith. Still not feeling great about him.
An aside, we at The Lateral extend our condolences to the family of WR Corey Davis at this time. May he play incredibly well tonight in honor of his brother, Titus.
Houston Texans at Cleveland Browns (Sunday 1 pm)

HOU: Start QB Deshaun Watson/RB Duke Johnson (yep, looks like David Johnson is trending in the wrong direction)/WR Will Fuller V, flex WR Brandin Cooks, bench the TEs. WR Randall Cobb has a good argument as a low-end WR3 but I'm torn there.

CLE: Start RB Kareem Hunt/RB Nick Chubb assuming his return, stream QB Baker Mayfield this week and TE Austin Hooper the rest of the season, bench the WRs.

Washington Football Team at Detroit Lions (Sunday 1 pm)

WFT: Start RB Antonio Gibson and flex RB J.D. McKissic, both of whom should feast on Detroit's awful run defense. Stream the DST if Kenny Golladay is out, and bench QB Alex Smith, who just is not ready yet.

DET: Start TE T.J. Hockenson in a great matchup, flex RB D'Andre Swift, and bench TD dependent WR Marvin Jones Jr. in what should be a bad matchup for any Lions WRs not named Kenny Golladay.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers (Sunday 1 pm)

TB: Start QB Tom Brady in the revenge game of the season, flex RB Leonard Fournette as he completes the takeover (unless he fumbles), and bench WR Chris Godwin, who lacks WR Mike Evans' TD upside.
CAR: Start RB Mike Davis as a volume play, flex WR Curtis Samuel because of the versatility he offers, but bench WR D.J. Moore who, like fetch, is just not happening. Stop trying to make it happen.

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants (Sunday 1 pm)

PHI: Start RB Miles Sanders and flex WR Jalen Reagor, who should shine with the attention on fellow WR Travis Fulgham. Stream QB Carson Wentz if your season is on the line like mine is in one league, and please bench WR Alshon Jeffrey.

NYG: Start TE Evan Engram unless you dropped him for Noah Fant a couple of weeks ago (real smart), flex WR Sterling Shepard and bench whichever Giants RB you have. You could stream the DST if you are desperate, but I am expecting a bounce-back game from Wentz.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Green Bay Packers (Sunday 1 pm)

JAC: Start RB James Robinson/WR D.J. Chark, stream QB Jake Luton in 2 QB leagues but that's about it, flex WR Laviska Shenault Jr. in deeper leagues, bench WR Keelan Cole Sr. but I may admittedly regret that statement.

GB: Start WR Davante Adams (duh), flex RB Aaron Jones (though you are really starting him), and stream the DST against rookie QB Jake Luton. Leave WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling on the bench though once you go back and find out he only caught two passes last week.

Buffalo Bills at Arizona Cardinals (Sunday 4:05 pm)

BUF: Start QB Josh Allen/WRs Stefon Diggs and John Brown, flex RB Zack Moss but feel weird about it, bench WR Cole Beasley.
ARI: Start QB Kyler Murray, flex whichever healthy Cardinals RB you have (no, not you Eno Benjamin), and bench TE Darrell Daniels. I know Daniels finished TE13 last week, but that is never happening again.

Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins (Sunday 4:05 pm)

LAC: Start QB Justin Herbert/WRs Mike Williams and Keenan Allen/TE Hunter Henry, flex no one at this moment, not a bench thing but please track the health of RB Justin Jackson. His availability will determine how that backfield shakes out. As of now I can't really say much about what to do there.

MIA: Start the DST, flex WR DeVante Parker and stream QB Tua Tagovailoa, bench the RBs. Without Myles Gaskin healthy it's too much of a mess.

Denver Broncos at Las Vegas Raiders (Sunday 4:05 pm)

DEN: Start RB Melvin Gordon III/WR Jerry Jeudy/TE Noah Fant, flex RB Phillip Lindsay, bench the other WRs. I would flex WR Tim Patrick if healthy.
LV: Start RB Josh Jacobs/TE Darren Waller, stream QB Derek Carr, bench the WRs not named Hunter Renfrow. One of Henry Ruggs III or Nelson Agholor will do well in this matchup and I absolutely cannot pick frankly. Their floors are just so low that I don't feel comfortable with either as of this moment.

Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams (Sunday 4:25 pm)

SEA: Start QB Russell Wilson, flex RB Chris Carson (or RB DeeJay Dallas if Carson is still out), and bench WR David Moore.

LAR: Start/stream QB Jared Goff in what is an amazing matchup and flex WR Robert Woods, but bench TEs Gerald Everett and Tyler Higbee. They will not be needed.

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers (Sunday 4:25 pm)

CIN: Start RB Giovani Bernard for the volume, flex WR Tyler Boyd, bench the rest. Well, except for K Randy Bullock. He's absolutely killing it. Get that man in your lineup.
PIT: Another great matchup across the board = start all the Steelers you can. In a divisional game against a team that always plays them tough, this isn't the same type of smash play thing like it was last week against Dallas but it will still be fruitful.

San Fransisco 49ers at New Orleans Saints (Sunday 4:25 pm)

SF: Start WR Brandon Aiyuk, flex RB Jerick McKinnon, and keep QB Nick Mullens right on the bench where he belongs.

NO: Start RB Alvin Kamara, flex WR Michael Thomas (it has to happen this week, right?), and bench TE Jared Cook. Stream the DST if you can, but the opportunity to add New Orleans probably passed on Wednesday.

Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots (Sunday 8:20 pm)

BAL: Start the DST and QB Lamar Jackson, flex no one, bench the rest. I do not trust the Baltimore offense in fantasy at this point and especially so with RB Mark Ingram II set to return.

NE: Start no one, stream QB Cam Newton in deeper leagues, hope he rushes into the end zone a couple times, and do not watch. I would consider flexing WR Jakobi Meyers as a volume play, bench the rest.

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears (Monday 8:15 pm)

MIN: Start RB Dalvin Cook. After that it gets tricky, but you should flex WR Adam Thielen because you have to and leave WR Justin Jefferson on the bench. This matchup is bad enough for Jefferson that I am playing Broncos WR Tim Patrick instead.

CHI: Start WR Allen Robinson II and stream the guy throwing him the ball: QB Nick Foles. Flex WR Darnell Mooney and leave the RBs at home on the bench.
